CPR



Hands Only CPR

Scene:  You see someone in a restaurant fall to the ground.

1.     Tap the person and ask them if they are OK.  If no response…
2.    Call 911 (or instruct someone to call for you)
3.    Start compressions-Push Hard and Fast (100 beats/minute)  To the tune of “Staying Alive”!
4.    Continue compressions until help arrives

The Human Heart

This is one of my favorite units to teach!  The month of February is National Heart Month, so it's the perfect time to learn about your strongest muscle! Enjoy!
